The stop Finkenwerder is one of the most important ferry landings on the southern side of the Elbe. It connects the former fishing village with the Landungsbrücken, Teufelsbrück, and other docking stations. It’s both bustling and relaxing here: commuters use the ferries daily, while day-trippers enjoy the maritime flair and beautiful surroundings.
Finkenwerder is known for its beautiful dyke landscapes and the Gorch-Fock-Park, which invites visitors to take a stroll. The historic aerospace industry at Airbus is also nearby – an exciting place for tech enthusiasts. Those who enjoy fresh air and nature can wander along the Elbe from here.
